The Boulevard Palace Hotel was a dream, which was envisioned in 2011 to build a world-class hotel on the Tubman Boulevard of Monrovia. The hotel opened its doors in 2016 and became a reference for hospitality in Monrovia, Liberia The 105-room hotel consists of seven (7) room types, a rooftop restaurant/terrace and bars that offer a wide range of fantastic International cuisine satisfying all tastes day and night, indoor and outdoor.
The property features a beauty salon and spa that offers various services such as hairdressing, manicure/pedicure, facial treatments, massage rooms, etc… It also features a 24/7 fitness centre/gym only accessible to our guests.
Because of our good working relationship with Gree Factory in China, the client was directed to us when he went to the factory in China to purchase Central Air conditioners for his project. After meeting directly with the client and sharing our Company Profile and similar projects we have undertaken in Ghana with him, he was impressed and contracted us to design and install the air conditioning system for the Hotel. Ducted units were installed in the hotel rooms, cassette units for the receptions and corridors whiles high wall units were installed in the server room and offices.
Hotel wired remote controllers which works with the key card system was used for all the hotel rooms. This was the first project we executed in Liberia and the client was really impressed with our work. It also opened an avenue for another project in Liberia which was executed a year later after commissioning and handing over.
